Shipping policy
We ship within the Casablanca-Settat region and also offer delivery across Morocco and internationally. Order preparation takes 24 to 48 hours, and delivery may also take 24 to 48 hours. Tracking for your order may be available to keep you informed of its status. Fixed delivery fees apply, but delivery is free over a certain threshold.
Return policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with tags attached. Return costs will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please note that certain items, such as personalized products or opened hygiene items, cannot be returned.
